Questions

How do I play?

Choose a case, enter your name, and read the briefing. Search for people and places, visit locations, examine the evidence, and write your conclusions when you are ready. Intro Case introduces the tools as you investigate.

How many people can play together?

Play solo or investigate in co-op with two to five players, including the person who creates the room. Choose Co-op when you open a case, then share your room code. Everyone joins from their own browser with a different name. Progress, evidence and notes are shared, and more teammates can join after you start.

Is the first case free?

Yes. Intro Case is a complete, free introductory investigation. Other available cases show their price in the case library before you choose a payment method.

Do I need an account to play?

No. You can start and finish a case as a guest. Your Detective Journal keeps completed games, answer accuracy and puzzle achievements on this device. Create a free account whenever you want to save that record across devices.

Do I need to download or print anything?

The game runs in your browser. Documents, photographs, notes and case materials are available on screen. A larger screen gives you more room to compare the evidence.

How long does a case take?

Intro Case is designed for around 35–50 minutes. Your pace depends on how much you explore and discuss. Use the pause control whenever you need a break.

What if I get stuck?

Review your materials and visit history, return to a lead when you learn something new, or use a hint for direction. If a control or document is not working, contact support from the links below.
